Viewing Online Pay Advices through DATA Connect

Viewing Current Pay Advices

1. Navigate to Data Connect
   1. Go to the new Wildcat page: http://wildcat.indwes.edu/
   
   
   2. Click on the Data Connect button:
      
   
   
2. Login
   1. Enter your User ID and password
      
   
   
   2. Click Submit 
   
   
3. Select Students


4. On the Students Menu page, under Employee Information, click on Pay Advices – Current Year
    
   


5. View the pay date of the desired advice by clicking on the corresponding date under Pay Date
    
   


6. The advices are in PDF format and should be viewable in your web browser. If you are prompted to save the document instead, you can save it to your computer and then open it from that location. PDF files require Acrobat Reader to view them. This software can be downloaded from here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
   
   

Viewing Past Pay Advices

1. Follow steps 1 through 4 under "Viewing Current Pay Advices"


2. Click the arrow in the drop-down box next to Select Other Year and click on the desired year
    
   


3. Click Submit 


4. View the pay date of the desired advice by clicking on the corresponding date under Pay Date
