University Information Technology (U.I.T.) includes over 40 people throughout the organization that are responsible for the technology needs of Indiana Wesleyan. These dedicated individuals work together to oversee telecommunications, computer hardware / software, web development, ERP (Datatel), Instructional Technology, Printing (commercial facility and departmental), Networking (devices and wiring), Systems Administration (servers), and Audio / Visual support across the Marion campus.

LOCATION

If you would like to speak with a support specialist in person, you are welcome to visit our office in the Information Technology Services (ITS) Building at 4803 S. Harmon St. It is located four blocks south of the Maxwell Center Building on the main IWU campus in Marion IN.

SERVICE HOURS

The Call Center phones, voicemail, and email are monitored from 7:00AM to 12:00 Midnight Monday through Saturday and 12:00 Noon to 12:00 Midnight on Sundays. If you experience a problem after hours or during a holiday, please leave a detailed voicemail or email message and you will be contacted when we are back in the office.
