Indiana Wesleyan University partnered with Pioneer College Caterers (PCC) in 2001 for all food service and catering needs on campus. PCC, the only contract management company serving exclusively Christian colleges and universities, has maintained this narrow focus since 1973. Their entire culture revolves around the unique approach to interacting with Christian clients enabling them to become the "industry experts" on the dynamics of service to these special communities.
