Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with daily office functions, including answering phones and hospitality
  2. Prepare mailings and other general office functions as assigned
  3. Make phone calls on behalf of the Alumni Relations Office
  4. Assist as needed with guest services
  5. Provide data upates and general information using Datatel
  6. Provide carrier/delivery services (on campus and occasionally off campus)
  7. Assist with hosting and services related to events, including Homecoming, Alumni receptions, Athletic events, and dinners.
  8. Assist with marketing and communication needs as delegated

Qualifications:

  1. Can work independently
  2. Ability to manage multiple tasks
  3. Marketing major preferred
  4. Professional presentation
  5. Available to work evenings and weekends as called upon
  6. Good computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Data entry)
Hours per week: 10-15, Monday - Friday (with occasional evenings and Saturdays)
