Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office functions, including answering phones and hospitality
- Prepare mailings and other general office functions as assigned
- Make phone calls on behalf of the Alumni Relations Office
- Assist as needed with guest services
- Provide data upates and general information using Datatel
- Provide carrier/delivery services (on campus and occasionally off campus)
- Assist with hosting and services related to events, including Homecoming, Alumni receptions, Athletic events, and dinners.
- Assist with marketing and communication needs as delegated
Qualifications:
- Can work independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Marketing major preferred
- Professional presentation
- Available to work evenings and weekends as called upon
- Good computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Data entry)
Hours per week: 10-15, Monday - Friday (with occasional evenings and Saturdays)
