Job Title:
Laptop Distribution Student Worker

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Do repairs on laptop computers.
2. Mix and match used parts to build good computers.
3. Prepare computer equipment for deliveries.
4. Unpack and check in computer equipment.
5. Special projects as assigned by Laptop Distribution Coordinator.

Qualifications:

• Above average knowledge of computer components and how they work together.
• Experience in Windows 98 and Windows XP operating systems.
• Detailed oriented.
• Ability to work independently and initiate tasks.
• Willingness to do repetitive tasks.

Length of Employment:

This is a temporary position. Primary goal of the job is to go through damaged or imoperable laptop computers and produce as many operable units as possible. Job could easily last through summer.

Hours per Week: Flexible hours. Preferably 20 hours per week
