Job Title:
Summer Honors Program, Assistant Resident Director/Intern

Purpose of Job:

Responsibilities

1. Attend all of the functions on the summer honors calendar (flexible)
2. Live in Evans Hall with the students the entire month
3. Facilitate weekly Bible studies for students
4. Possibly disciple some students
5. Possibly drive one of the vans to and from activities
6. Work with the Summer Honors team (Director, Resident Director, Resident Assistants, and Admissions Professionals)
7. Answer to the Summer Honors Director and Resident Director
8. Create and implement on and off campus activities for students
9. Possibly confront discipline issues created in a co-ed environment
10. Faciltate team of three resident assistants, planning weekly covenant time
11. Work as intern during May term and Summer terms, with Admissions to set-up program

• Must be able to work from May 3rd to August 5th, 2000
• RA experience preferred
• Current IWU student
• GPA above 3.0
• Preference given to Honors College students and Summer Honors Alumni
• Not working full-time elsewhere during program (flexible)
