Position Description:

Duties and responsibilities include living in the dorms during the month of July in a supervisory role over the enrolled summer honors students; facilitating bible studies and small group discussions; discipling students; driving students to and from activities in university vehicles; general supervision of summer honors students.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work from June 30th-August 5th
• Previous summer honors experience preferred
• Current IWU student
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Highly relational and ministry oriented

Each RA will receive a predetermined stipend.
